Frequently Asked Questions
Everything brands and buyers ask us most.
What does Vantage Trade do?
We are a product distribution company. We help brands gain exposure and enter new markets — locally and internationally across continents — and we manage the operational details of distribution end-to-end: logistics, fulfillment, retail and wholesale placement, and market delivery. Brands focus on making great products; we handle the route to market.
How do I become a distribution partner?
Use the Partner With Us form or email [email protected] with a short introduction to your brand, products, and target markets. Our team replies within one business day, and onboarding starts with a conversation about your goals and market potential.
What kinds of products do you distribute?
We distribute both new releases and excess inventories. Brands use us to move fresh product lines into new markets as well as to unlock value from surplus stock — so buyers get access to quality products ranging from brand-new items to excellent-condition excess-inventory deals at competitive prices.
Which markets do you cover?
We currently operate across 47 active markets — urban centers, regional hubs, and remote markets — and we distribute both domestically and internationally across continents. If you have a specific market in mind, ask us; regional market entry is one of our core solutions.
Do you handle logistics end-to-end?
Yes. Once onboarded, we manage market planning, distribution execution, delivery coordination, last-mile support into hard-to-reach areas, and inventory & replenishment planning. You get performance insights so you can track how your products are doing.
Can I buy products directly from Vantage Trade?
Soon! Our online store is launching shortly, where you'll be able to browse and buy products we distribute. Until then, you can see a sample of our range on the homepage or contact us for wholesale enquiries.
Do you work with small or new brands?
Yes. We partner with ambitious brands at every stage. Whether you're launching your first product or scaling an established line into new regions, our onboarding process adapts the distribution strategy to your size and goals.
How long does onboarding take?
It varies by product category and target markets, but a typical journey is: introduction and goals conversation, market planning, then distribution execution. Many partners see their products moving into channels within weeks of completing onboarding.
How do you charge for distribution services?
Pricing depends on the scope — product category, volumes, markets, and the level of support you need. Contact us with your details and we'll propose a structure that fits. There is no fee to start the conversation.
How can I track my products' performance?
Partners receive regular sales and performance insights — market coverage, orders, delivery performance, and channel breakdowns — so you can optimize and scale with real data.
